Renowned Chef Polo Becerra, Executive Chef and Owner of Post Oak Grill and Polo’s Signature launches a new concept in Upscale Casual Mexican Cuisine: Habaneros. The new restaurant features creations from Chef Polo's homeland, with a unique flavor that only he can create. “I am excited to share this new concept with all of Houston and the world. This restaurant has been a work in progress for years and we are delighted to bring the flavors of my homeland,” commented Polo. Widely know for his world-class cuisine creations at Post Oak Grill and Polo’s Signature, Chef Polo brings a new twist to Mexican classics like fajitas, enchiladas and more. For years, the clientele at Post Oak Grill and Polo’s Signature has requested Chef Polo to create a Mexican concept with his unique touch. The house specialties will feature fish creations and a fabulous Margarita, soon to become a Houston institution. The 4,000 square foot location features indoor and patio dining and is open for lunch and dinner everyday. |
